European Automotive Forum Event - Cars & Co2
ACEA supports the European Automotive Forum – EAF, an initiative by FEBIAC, the Belgian Automobile Federation.
The first edition of this Forum – EAF 2008 – was organized on 23 January 2008, during the 86th European Motor Show Brussels. EAF 2008 contributed to the debate on the issue of CARS & CO2 - Matching Automotive Challenges with Integrated Policy. During EAF 2008, 5 workshops were held on the following topics: Vehicle Development, Engines & Complementary Car Technologies, Alternative Fuels, Driver Behaviour & Infrastructure, CO2 related Car Taxation & Consumer Behaviour. The workshops’ findings lead to a closing political session with high-level representatives of the European institutions, the automotive sector and all stakeholders concerned by the Cars & CO2 issue.
