Green Week 2008

At this year’s Green Week from 3-6 June, ACEA informed visitors and participants about the automotive industry's efforts and ideas for more environment-friendly road transport. New information material was available at the ACEA stand, and ACEA representatives spoke at a session on low-emission cars.

Overall, the Green Week dealt with Resources and Waste Management, Sustainable Consumption and Production, Nature and Biodiversity and Climate Change. Businesses, non-governmental organisations, European government representatives and the public took part and discussed current and future environmental challenges.
